This foundation gathers applications from young people all over the world, evaluates them based on signs of their intellectual prowess, such as their transcripts and reports from their teachers. Once it is determined that they are able to successfully pursue the education they want, PAPA KONGA FOUNDATION commits to paying all of the associated costs no matter how high until they graduate. This commitment corresponds to the faith we have in the future, but also and especially to the belief that tomorrow’s entrepreneurs are being trained today. So, for PAPA KONGA FOUNDATION, this is about taking action today in order to have a positive impact in the lives of the young people of tomorrow, but also in community living.

The foundation is named after Konga who, when young, took risks as expected of the entrepreneur he would become in order to secure his children’s future. If it had come down to parents’ income, Papa Konga would certainly not have had the opportunity to do business and prosper. Defying his modest origins, he did not hesitate to leave his native town to find the opportunity that would allow him to make it in the business world. His deepest belief was that social conditions should not be an insurmountable obstacle for those who are willing to do more to change their daily life. Thus he encouraged his children (biological and extended) to pursue their ambitions. It’s this spirit of conquest and determination that is shared by all successful entrepreneurs involved in the Papa Konga Foundation; with the goal to give the youth the support to pursue higher university education.
